We have put systems in place in our business to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and to ensure the same process is executed each and every time. We use Asana for all our internal processes and use it on client projects and invite our clients to join us. They get to see where we’re up to and we can assign tasks to our clients such as ‘Provide Content’. Asana enables teamwork without email. WordPress Editorial Posts Calendar
Did you remember to write a post for next Tuesday? What about the Tuesday after that? WordPress doesn’t make it easy to see when your posts are scheduled. The editorial calendar gives you an overview of your blog and when each post will be published. You can drag and drop to move posts, edit posts right in the calendar, and manage your entire blog.
We’ve just started using this plugin and it’s been fantastic. It’s really helped us stay on track to create a blog post each week. You can see all your posts and when they’ll be published, you can drag and drop your posts to different dates as well as heaps of other neat features.
